FileFlow

Terms

Last updated 10 June 2026

FileFlow is a small tool, offered as-is. Use it freely; use it at your own risk.

The software

FileFlow is a macOS application that runs automated file pipelines on your own computer. You may install and use it on your Macs. You are responsible for the scripts and actions you configure and for the files they touch.

No warranty

FileFlow is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because it runs commands and moves files automatically, you are responsible for keeping backups of anything you care about. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author is not liable for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Your accounts and data

When you connect a service such as Google Photos or Wheelhouse, your use of that service is governed by that service’s own terms. FileFlow is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of Google or Apple. You are responsible for the accounts and credentials you connect.

Changes

These terms may change; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
